Congratulations Neal

Back in January when I received the Arthur Thompson Memorial Award, I mentioned in my acceptance speech that 2020 was going to be a big year for TLC.

The timing of my award coincided with my 50th year working in the door drop industry, but that there were more milestones to follow.

And April sees the next red letter day in our diary, the 10th anniversary of Neal joining the company.

At the time, TLC was already an established business, with a solid client base made up of numerous local and regional clients, plus a handful of well-known national companies.

Supported by other family members, TLC had grown consistently over the years.

And it has continued to grow year on year ever since, at an even faster pace with Neal’s significant input.

We share the same work ethic and see customer service and satisfaction as one of our key goals on a day to day basis.

Neal has introduced new services and internal working practices which make us even more efficient, providing our clients with new opportunities. And we have more new concepts on our radar for testing in the near future.

Neal has also taken over the mantle at the DMA, where he shares my passion to keep the door drop industry top of mind with clients and advertisers and that makes for some interesting discussions over a beer!

Working with one of your sons is an interesting dynamic.

We enjoy healthy debate, recognising and respecting each other’s views.

I think we make a good team, but of course I’d say that.

So this is really a congratulations on your 10 year anniversary Neal post.
