SMART-Drop recognised as truly innovative

First it was businesses seeking to get maximum bang for their buck that recognised that SMART-Drop was innovative, now industry experts have awarded SMART-Drop with a major award for innovation.

The Direct Marketing Association (DMA) awarded SMART-Drop with the prestigious Northern Lights Innovation Award at a glittering ceremony in Leeds earlier this month.

The judges awarded the trophy in acknowledgment of SMART-Drop’s ground breaking mapping software that enables door drop users to target specific demographics of people with unaddressed mail with greater accuracy than ever before.

But smarter targeting brings additional benefits as it reduces wastage as a DMA spokesman  pointed out saying, “The entry resonated with the judging panel due to the fact it closely matches DMA goals to cut wastage by eliminating poorly targeted letterbox items and minimising landfill.”

A Totally New Door Drop Tool

This award should finally put to rest unjustified criticism from door drop competitors who have tried to discount SMART-Drop by saying that they have being doing something similar for years. As users have discovered, SMART-Drop does exactly what it says on the tin – it delivers door drops smarter – and like never before.

Peter Rand, Operations Director at LinkDirect, who developed the SMART mapping software which drives the SMART-Drop proposition managed in collaboration with The Letterbox Consultancy, said,We have worked so hard on Smart-Drop trying to develop a genuinely innovative software package which changes and improves our industry.”
